Vinification: Separate fermentation of the grapes. The Refosco grapes have been dried for about 14 days prior to the alcoholic fermentation in oak barrels. The wine has been blended and stored for a few months on oak barrels before bottling.

Taste profile: The nose is intense and fruity with elements of sun-ripe red fruit, oak and chocolate. The mouth is balanced and long with soft and silky tannins. Serve at 16-18 °C with rich meat dishes, matured hard cheese and charcuteries.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes from organic vineyards in Eastern Marche, located about 5 km from the Adriatic sea. 10% of the grapes were harvested later than the rest to give the wine added power and concentration. The wine has been matured on oak for 6 months.

Taste profile: The nose is intense with hints of oak, sun dried cherries, herbs and spices. The mouth is rich and balanced with soft tannins and good length.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes from organic vineyards located about 5 km from the Adriatic Sea. The vines are on average 25 years old and gives lower yields. The wine has been matured for about six months in oak barrels, of which 50% small French barrels and the rest large Slavonian vats.

Taste profile: The boquet is intense with notes of sun-drenched dark cherries and black berries as well as spices and oak. The flavor is fruity, with good balance and fine fruit / acid structure.

Vinification: Hand-harvested grapes from the Molise region. Biferno is one of the smallest DOC’s in Italy. After the fermentation, the wine has been matured for 36 months in oak vats, further the wine has rested on steel tank before bottling. Prior to the bottling, the wine was gently filtered to preserve as much character as possible.

Taste profile: The nose is intense, developed and fruity with elements of sun ripe plums, cherries, oak and spices. The taste is powerful with a balanced and long aftertaste. Serve at 16-18 °C for tasteful meat dishes, matured hard cheese and charcuteries.

Vinification: 80% of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes grows in the Loire region near the village Pouillé where the grapes provide a very fresh, mineral-driven wine with elements of citrus and blackcurrant leaves. Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand from vineyards with an average age exceeding 30 years. The Grenache grapes comes from Ardeché, Syrah and Mourvèdre from the northeastern parts of Gard. Skin maceration for about 3o days to give the wine extra strength and depth. After the alcohol fermentation the wine has been stored for more than 14 months in concrete tanks followed by a soft filtration.

Taste profile: This red wine is very generous and musty with hints of dark berries as well as spices and black pepper. The wine has a long length with elegant fruit structure which makes it the perfect match for Entrecôte and bearnaise.

Vinification: The wine is made from grapes that goes through two fermentations. The first fermentation is done in the classic way, then the wine is fermented a second time with grape residues from the production of Amarone wines to give the wine its power and character. The wine is kept for 30 months before it is released for sale, the maturation gives the wine its wonderful and unique character. Superiore means that you use lower yields that give the wine more power and higher alcohol.

Taste profile: Spicy taste and aromas with hints of oak, dried cherries, plums and black pepper.

Zengarello Barbera d´Asti

Vinification: The Syrah grapes were harvested by hand at optimal maturation from organic vineyards located just south of Palermo. Thanks to the vineyard’s location at high altitude, with cool nights combined with the warm climate, you get a very balanced wine with good freshness and power. After harvesting, the grapes have been dried for 29 days according to the Appassimento method, followed by storage on oak barrels for about four months prior to bottling.

Taste profile: Moneta Reale has an intense bouquet of sun-ripe cherries, spices, chocolate and oak that harmonizes perfectly with the fruitiness and power. The taste delivers sun-ripe cherries, vanilla, chocolate and toasted oak in perfect harmony. Vinification: After vinification, the wine has been stored on steel tanks for about eight years, I.e no maturation on oak barrels. The long maturation time for the wine gives the wine its unique, nuanced and matured character. Copertino comes from the city with same name in the region of Apulia, located on the Italian heel. The cooperative Cupernitum with its 300 members started as early as 1935 and is thus one of Italy's oldest cooperatives. The medieval he fortress on the label is located in the city of Copertino.

Vinification: The grapes were harvested by hand from the producer's own vineyards located in the Cafayate valley in Salta. The Malbec grapes used for this wine comes from the vineyard "Cabra Corral", planted in 1975 located at an altitude of 1750 meters above sea level which is one of the world's highest located vineyards in the world. The high altitude combined with the cooler climate gives a longer maturation time for the grapes giving an elegant and structured wine with nice acidity. The wine has been stored in oak barrels for 12 months, of which 50 % is American and 50 % French

Each bottle is adorned by the llama animal, this particular lama variety is called Qawra and the animal has previously been used in the Andes as transport animals by the Inca people.

Taste profile: The wine is very fruity and flavorful with hints of oak, black currant, black berry, chocolate and black pepper. The wine has a nice length and wonderful fruit acidity that makes this Malbec a perfect match for meat such as; lamb, beef and game.

Casa Roja Tempranillo

Vinification: The odd thing about the Casa Roja Tempranillo is that the vines grow and are harvested in the Rioja wine district, but the wine cannot be labeled as a Rioja wine. In Rioja, it is strictly determined exactly how much wine that may be produced each year per hectare, all the excess volume cannot be sold as a Rioja wine even though it is grown, harvested and produced in the same way as the Rioja wines. Instead, these wines are given the name "Vino Tinto", regardless of the quality of the wine.

2017 Casa Roja Tempranillo is made from 100 % hand-harvested Tempranillo grapes from vines with an age of 35-45 years, this gives the wine a good concentration and power with hints of red berries, spices as well as oak. After vinification the wine is matured in American oak barrels of 225 liters for about five months prior the bottling.

Bodegas del fin del Mundo is one of Rioja's oldest wineries and is part of Bodegas Valdemar. The grapes come exclusively from the family's own vineyards.

Taste profile: Pair the wine with lamb, beef or game dishes with flavorful accessories and preferably lots of herbs and garlic. The wine is also good for vegetarian food.
