Vinification: The grapes of Siquilia were harvested by hand at optimal maturation from organic vineyards located just south of Palermo, Sicily. After fermentation, the wine has been stored on steel tank before bottling. Cantine Ermes is Sicily's largest organic producer.
Taste profile: A very fruity and generous wine with hints of sun-drenched dark berries and spices. The wine has a good length, freshness and balance. With dishes of beef, lamb or wild boar on the grill, this wine becomes also a wonderful pairing with vegetarian dishes rich in taste. Serve at 16-18 degrees.
