The Wine: 100% hand-harvested Nebbiolo from the villages of La Morra, Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d’Alba and Monforte d’Alba. After vinification, the wine has been stored for 26 months in oak barrels of 800 liters.
Taste and food pairing: Spicy taste and aroma with hints of oak, dried cherries and rosehips. For grilled and rich dishes of beef, lamb or wild boar, this will be a very interesting wine that also goes well with tasty vegetarian dishes.
Serve at 16-18°C.
