The Wine: 100% Syrah grapes were harvested at optimal maturation from organic vineyards located just south of Palermo, Sicily. After fermentation, the wine has been stored in staineless steel tanks before bottling. The wine is produced in collaboration with the comic group “Småstadsliv”, Agneta Patrull is one of the characters in the show.
Taste and food pairing: A very fruity and generous wine with hints of sun-drenched dark berries and spices. The wine has good length, freshness and balance. With dishes of beef, lamb or wild boar on the grill. This wine is also a wonderful pairing with vegetarian dishes, rich in taste or on it’s own.
Serve at 16-18°C.
