The Wine: The grapes grow in organic vineyards in the Côte des Bar area. Exclusively, the first pressing has been used for the wine and no reserve wines has been used. The wine has been stored approximately 24 months on the lees before disgorgement.
Taste and food pairing: Developed taste with hints of red apples, citrus and bisquits, showing an elegant mousse with a dry and fresh finish.
Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with seafood dishes.
