The Wine: The grapes grow in organic vineyards in the Côte des Bar area. Exclusively the first pressing has been used for the wine and no reserve wines has been used. The wine has been stored approximately 36 months on the lees before disgorgement.
Taste and food pairing: Developed taste with hints of red apples, citrus and toasted bread, with an elegant mousse showing a dry and fresh finish.
Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with seafood dishes.
