The Wine: The grapes for this champagne grow in organic vineyards in the Côte des Bar area. Exclusively, the first pressing has been used for the wine, and no reserve wines has been used. The wine has been stored approximately 24 months on the lees before disgorgement. Extra Brut means a sugar level below 0,6 gr/100ml.
Taste and food pairing: Dry and very fresh taste with hints of green apples, citrus and mineral, with an elegant mousse and a bone dry and crisp finish.
Serve as an aperitif or with dishes of seafood at 8-10°C.
