The Wine: The grapes are sourced from organic vineyards located in the Côte des Bar, the blend consisting of Pinot Noir 60%, Pinot Meunier 30% and Chardonnay 10%. The base vintage is 2020 but about 40% of the wine is so-called reserve wine. The wine has been aged for about 24 months on its lees. The production is organically certified.

Taste and food pairing: Nuanced, fruity, very fresh taste with hints of apples, brioche, mineral, honey, white flowers and citrus. Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif, or with fish or seafood dishes.
