The Wine: The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards in different parts of Italy. This gives the winemaker the opportunity to select precisely the wines that combined contibute to a full-bodied and tasty wine, but at the same time with a velvety character.

After fermentation, some of the wine is stored in oak before bottling.

Taste and food pairing: Rich and generous fruitiness with hints of cherries, raspberries, cocoa, spices and vanilla. A full-bodied and tasty wine, with a smooth and accessible character.

Serve Equivoq at 16-18°C with tasty Italian pasta dishes, meat dishes or vegetarian dishes with a little spiciness.
