The Wine: The wine is produced with a second fermentation for 30 days in a tank of still wine made from Glera and Chardonnay grapes. After vinification, the sparkling wine is left in a tank prior to the bottling under pressure. The dosage/added sugar is 10 grams, which gives the wine an elegant and dry character – 'Brut.'

Blanc de Blancs means white from white, and this wine is made exclusively from white grapes.

Taste and food pairing: Dry, fresh and fruity with hints of citrus, pear, and peach with a smooth and elegant mousse.

Serve at 8-10 °C as an aperitif or with seafood, sushi, salads, or spring vegetables. A great all-round sparkling wine.
