The Wine: The wine is produced from a still wine with a second fermentation for 60 days in stainless steel tanks. 15% Pinot Noir with skin maceration adds the light pink colour to this wine. Extra dry means that the wine has a sugar level of 1,2-1,7 gr/100 ml, It’s a Pink Extra Dry has 1,3 gr/100 ml.
Taste and food pairing: Very fresh and fruity, with notes of strawberries, tropical fruits, lime and peaches. Easy to drink, in a rich, fresh and modern style.
Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with seafood, Asian cuisine or a varied buffet. Simply a versatile pink bubbly!
