The Wine: During the alcoholic fermentation, the skin of the Zinfandel grapes have been macerated approximately 10 hours with the grape juice to give the wine its light pink color. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine has been stored in steel tanks before bottling.

Taste and food pairing: Dry, fresh & fruity with hints of sun ripe red berries and peach.

Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif, or with seafood, sushi and salads.
