The Wine: The grapes are dried for around 100 days followed by the alcohol fermentation. Fortellino Amarone is matured for 24 months in large Slovenian oak barrels, 'Botti'.
Taste and food pairing: Spicy taste and aroma with hints of oak, dried dark cherries, spices and nuts. Serve with grilled meat and matured hard cheese.
Serve at 16-18°C.
