The Wine: Hand-harvested Grenache and Syrah grapes from Languedoc, in the south of France. The grapes are harvested at night, so-called night harvest, to give maximum freshness and elegance to the wine. The skin from the Grenache bleeds for about 8 hours during the fermentation process to give the light colour. After harvest, the wine has been stored on the yeast in a steel tank before a light filtration. No added sugar in the wine.

Taste and food pairing: The wine is very crisp and refreshing with hints of red berries, rhubarb, watermelon, minerals and herbs. It is excellent to drink all year round and is a very good pairing for seafood, grilled light meat and salads. With its dry, feather-light and fresh style, the wine is the perfect rosé before and accompanying a meal.
